The pinnacle of Yamazaki Casked Plum Liqueur, the Rich Amber is “after-ripened” in plum liqueur barrels with highly fragrant malt whisky. This premium release is perfect for fans of Hibiki 12, as some of the whisky blended into it was aged in these umeshu casks.
Nose: A divine malt whisky aroma with hints of stone fruit.
Palate: Sweet and decadent, bursting with notes of roasted oak, plums and Yamazaki malt.
Finish: A long lingering finish of rich grain whisky.
