Paul Giraud XO Limited Edition Carafe Botte Rocky - 700ml

The 42-hectare vineyard of Paul Giraud is located in Bouteville, a town located in the heart of Grande Champagne, on clay-limestone soils. From culture to distillation, Paul Giraud gives priority to ancestral know-how to best serve the expression of his terroir through authentic cognacs that do not come from blends.

In order to preserve the quality of the Ugni-Blanc grapes, the harvest is still done manually. Winemaking and distillation are done at the property. Aging in oak barrels brings all its nobility. The particularly humid cellars give exceptional suppleness and mellowness to cognacs signed Paul Giraud.

The Very Very Old version by Paul Giraud is presented in a crystal carafe. This cognac is complex, very rare, intense and spicy.
