Mars Hombo Shuzo Jyoto Umeshu 720ml 14% ABV
Japans most highly awarded Umeshu. Carefully aged with quality brandy, pickled plum fruits and sugars, with no added flavor, coloring or acidulant. This umeshu has a large amount of pickled plum fruits to give a more natural plum aroma and fresh acidity and refined sweetness with brandy and honey as an accent
Nose: A fragrant aroma of plum and other stone fruits
Palate: Ripe ume (plum) and fresh honey with the refined sweetness characteristics of high quality brandy.
Finish: A rich, perfumey finish.
