Shipping & Returns
Shipping is calculated when you add items to the cart. You will need to click on " Estimate Shipping " and enter in your state and postcode for your shipping estimate as we ship Australia wide.
ATTN: please ensure a person over the age of 18+ is available to receive the package when delivered. Due to Liquor Licensee Reform we are not permitted to deliver liquor to any minors. If no adult is available to receive the order, the order will be returned to the warehouse and extra shipping cost will be charge for a second shipping attempt.

In the event that there has been an error on our part, that is the products delivered are defective or items received are not consistent with your order made, the product may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full store credit voucher refund for use in future purchases. We will also gladly cover the cost of delivery for the return if a return is requested as a result of our error. Please note that only products in their original condition and packaging may be valid for a return and refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
There are no refunds for change of minds or mistakenly ordering the wrong products. Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
