NATURALLY SUPERIOR WHEAT AND WATER

We begin by harvesting the highest-quality soft winter wheat from the rich, fertile farmlands in and around the Picardy region in the north of France. The whole wheat is then milled to a precise grade of flour before being fermented and distilled.

The high-proof spirit then travels south to Gensac where it is blended with pure spring water drawn from 500 feet beneath the limestone hills of the Grande Champagne region of Cognac.

Nose : Clear, fresh with an elegant floral aroma accented by a subtle citrus note.

Palate : Initially soft with a gentle sweetness that gradually envelops the mouth—smooth and rounded texture with a hint of almond.
