Kirin Ciders

Drawing on years of experience in crafting fresh flavour combinations, Kirin has used the finest ingredients to create four, perfectly balanced premium ciders available exclusively in Australia this October.

Developed in association with Kirin Japan’s renowned Master Blender, Hideaki Kito, the four ciders are infused with Japanese inspired flavours, each delivering a fresh and unique taste.

Using traditional Japanese flavours, we have created a range of premium ciders that we believe are perfect for the Australian market.

Each of our ciders has been considered, balanced and perfected to deliver a range of truly unique flavour expressions, said Hideaki Kito.

The Kirin Cider range includes:

Fuji Apple: A refreshing premium Apple Cider made with freshly crushed juice, then naturally sweetened with fragrant Fuji Apples, producing a pure palate and crisp finish.

Fuji Apple & Mikan (Japanese for Mandarin): The perfect marriage of Apple and Citrus – a wonderful fresh fruit aroma delivers complete and utter refreshment.

Fuji Apple & Ume (A Japanese Plum): The slight sourness of the Ume is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of Fuji Apples to deliver a deliciously unique flavour experience.

Fuji Apple & Ginger: Premium Cider infused with a hint of crisp Fuji Apple and mouth-watering Ginger spice. This refreshing cider is well rounded with a distinctive warm aroma and finished with a smooth palate of sweetness and spice. 

Old Richmond Cellars currently only stock three out of the four flavours, we have the Fuji Apple, Fuji Apple & Mikan and also Fuji Apple & Ume.
