Name: Japanese Cowboy IPA

Story: On our 18th year in existence, we were acquired by Japanese brewer, Asahi. This beer is a reflection of that – one of our favourite styles to brew (US IPA) with a Japanese twist (Sorachi Ace hops). It’s got something for everyone (as long as you like hoppy, bitter IPAs).

Appearance: Deep gold.

Aroma: Fruity, tropical, lots of US Hops – dry-hopped with Chinook, Simcoe & Columbus. Then with a Japanese twist of Sorachi Ace hops dry-hopped late in the fermention.

Flavour: Robust, fruity, intense bitterness.

Malts: Ale, Vienna, Redback & Gladiator.

Hops: Crystal and Mt Hood in the whirlpool, then Chinook, Simcoe, Columbus & Sorachi Ace in the fermenter.

IBU: 60 Other 

Alc/Vol: 7.0% abv.
